TO RECEIVE A FULL REFUND: All items must be in brand new condition, unworn, free of any odors or stains (i.e. makeup or deodorant), and in the original packaging with tags still attached.

Returns:

Must be requested within 30 days of your order date for a refund or store credit. Once the label has been created you will have 14 days to drop it off at your local carrier in order to receive a refund. After 14 days, the return label will expire, and you will need to contact Customer Service for a new return label. This will result in the refund being issued as store credit towards a future purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for SheBird to process the return once it is received. 

Returns will be subject to a $5 return handling fee, which will be deducted from your refund. If you select an exchange or store credit, the return handling fee will be waived.

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

Instant Exchange:

If you have requested an exchange, it will be shipped to you with a new email for tracking. During the exchange process, you have the option for an instant exchange if you don't want to wait for the return to be received. A hold for the amount of the new item will be placed on your credit card and the new order will be processed immediately. As soon as your return is dropped off at the carrier, the hold will be released. You will have 14 days to ship your item(s). If your return is not in transit after 14 days, your card will be charged for the full amount of the item(s).

    • Please begin your exchange within 30 days of purchase.
    • Please mail the items by the date indicated on your return authorization—usually within 14 days or the postage expires.
