When will my order ship?
Orders placed on weekdays before 12pm PST ship the same or the following business day. Orders placed after 12pm PST ship the following business day. We do not ship on holidays.
Do you offer free shipping?
Currently, we have a promotion that allows you to receive free ground shipping if you sign up to receive our news via email.
Do you offer sales and promotions?
Yes, we typically have two sales per year: the Spring Sale and Black Friday Sale. We are a new company and this may change. Please follow us on Instagram @shebird_shop or subscribe to our newsletter for updates on promotions. Please note that our system allows for the use of only one promo code during checkout, and promo codes cannot be applied to items on sale.
Do you price match if an item goes on sale after my purchase?
Typically, SheBird does not offer post-purchase price adjustments.
Will you apply a promotion to a past purchase?
Promotions cannot be applied to past orders.

Do you offer international shipping?
For international shipping outside of the U.S., please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to place your order and determine additional shipping costs. We currently offer shipping on our website to the U.S. only.
How do you recommend caring for SheBird clothing?
Machine wash with like colors on the delicate/gentle cycle in cold water. Do not use bleach or OxyClean. Lay flat or hang to dry. Your SheBird clothing should be treated gently and should not be washed with heavy items such as jeans and towels. Washing as directed will extend the life of your garment.
I work at a retail store, and we are interested in carrying SheBird. Are you open to wholesaling to other stores?
